Ingredients:

1 lb Prunes
1/2 lb Dried apricots
1/2 lb Dried pears or apples
2 cup Water
2 tbl Honey
3 tbl Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, presoak all the fruit overnight. Drain the water.

Pit the prunes. In a medium sized saucepan combine all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook over very low heat for 25 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally.

Serves 8 or more.
