SMOOTHIE NO. 1 ----------------
2 cup Tararua Vita Rich
1 x banana
500 gm Naturalea Herbal Echinacea, Blackcurrant & Honey yoghurt
----------------- SMOOTHIE NO. 2 ----------------
1 cup fruit juice
1 x banana
1 x orange, peeled
1/2 cup Tararua Vita Rich
Instructions:
Instructions: Smoothie No. 1: Place the first two ingredients in the blender and process.

Add the yoghurt after the banana has been blended through the Vita Rich.

Serve

Smoothie No. 2:
Place the fruit juice with the chopped banana and orange segments into the blender, blend well and then add the remaining ingredients.

Give it an additional whirl.

Serve.
