1/2 lb shells or other medium pasta shape
1 ct low-fat vanilla-flavored yogurt
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
1 can pineapple chunks in juice - (20 oz) drained
1 can mandarin oranges - (11 oz) drained
1 cup halved seedless red grapes
1 cup halved seedless green grapes
1 x apple cored, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, drain again, and set aside to cool.

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt and orange juice concentrate; mix well.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the yogurt mixture and pasta; toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
