Instructions: COVER bottoms of 4 (6-ounce) ovenproof dishes or custard cups with raspberries. POUR milk, half and half and liqueur into small bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Pour over raspberries in dishes. Chill l hour.
SPRINKLE pudding with brown sugar. Broil until sugar melts and bubbles. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired. NOTE: 1 cup sliced strawberries may be substituted for raspberries. MAKES 4 servings, Prep time: 15 minutes, Chill time: 1 hour Email this Recipe:
