Instructions: If the strawberries are especially large, try slicing them instead of halving them.
1. In a large bowl stir together vanilla yogurt and orange peel. Add orange sections, cantaloupe or honeydew melon, and strawberries. Toss gently to coat. Add tuna. Toss lightly again. 2. To serve, line four salad plates with lettuce. Arrange tuna mixture on the lettuce-lined plates. Sprinkle with pecans. Makes 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
