Instructions: BEAT cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Beat in gelatin until well blended. Form mixture into 5-inch round. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill about 1 hour.
REMOVE plastic wrap. Press pecans gently around edges of cheese round, Serve with fruit, cookies and crickers. NOTE: We suggest sliced apples or pears, grapes and strawberries.
