Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
Lemon juice
24 x Strawberries
2 x Firm bananas, cut into 8 pieces, toss in lemon juice
2 x Ripe peaches
8 sm Skewers, soaked for 1 hour in water
----------------- RUM BUTTER ----------------
50 gm Unsalted butter
1 tbl Brown sugar
2 tbl Rum liqueur
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat the grill. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones and cut into quarters.

Thread 8 small skewers alternating with the other fruits.

Rum butter: Cut butter into pieces, mix with sugar and rum liqueur. Dot butter over kebabs and grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with remaining rum butter and add a spoonful of fromage frais.
