This scrumptious smoothie is a sure bet to jump-start your morning.

In blender, combine all ingredients and blend just until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve.

VARIATION: Omit 1/4 cup chopped fruit and add 2 tablespoons natural smooth peanut butter; blend as directed.
