Instructions: Turn plain fruit salad into an enticing dessert soup with this fantastic recipe. Use the ripest fruits for the best results.
In large glass or ceramic howl, mix yogurt and ginger until blended. Add berries, watermelon, grapes, peaches and cantaloupe and stir gently to coat. Stir in enough grape juice to achieve slightly thick dressing consistency. If mixture isnt sweet enough, add honey to your liking. Serve right away or cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours.
