Instructions: Gently fold the sugar into the egg whites then fold in the yogurt.
Take care not to break down the trapped air. Fold in the dried fruits and most of the nuts reserving a few to decorate. Toss the banana in the lemon juice and lastly fold this into the mixture. Divide the dessert carefully between 4 serving glasses and decorate each one with a sprinkling of the reserved nuts on the top. Chill the mallow for a few minutes before serving. It is best made only a short time before the meal. Flavoured yogurts give delicious results too hazelnut and peach yogurts are specially good with added fruit and nuts. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
