Instructions: Cook sugar, butter, and evaporated milk together. Stir constantly (or it will stick) for 8 minutes after it starts to boil. Take off of stove and add 1 large package chocolate chips and 1 pint Marshmallow Creme, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Beat and pour into buttered pans to cool and set. Cut into 3/4 or 1 inch squares.
