Instructions: In a small bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a large bowl, cream shortening, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Add evaporated milk. Gradually stir in flour mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 8" square baking pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cut into squares while warm. Cool in pan. Email this Recipe:
