Instructions: Place all ingredients except chocolate into a clean pan and boil to 125C/260F stiring all the time. Pour onto an oiled slab and level off to a thickness of 1 cm. Allow to cool.

Cut into sticks 1cm X 3cm and dip in melted chocolate.
