275 ml whipping cream
275 ml natural yoghurt not the set variety
4 x heaped tablespoons of soft brown sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: All you do is whip the cream until it is nicely thick.

Then using a metal spoon fold in the yoghurt to blend the two evenly.

Next spoon the mixture into 4 wine glasses and sprinkle a heaped tablespoon of brown sugar on to each one.

Pop them into the refrigerator and leave overnight.

Next day the sugar will have melted and formed a fudgy layer on the top. Before serving sprinkle each one with chopped nuts.

These quantities can be adapted to any number of people as long as you use the same proportion of yoghurt to cream.
