Instructions: In medium bowl, combine flour, coconut and chocolate chips. Stir in melted margarine, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Spread into greased 8 or 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or till lightly browned around edges. Cool. sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cut into bars.
