Instructions: Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and sugar. Press firmly in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix 1 cup peanuts, 1/2 cup fudge topping and 1/2 caramel topping. Spread over crumb mixture. Spoon ice cream onto peanut mixture; spread evenly.
Drizzle with 1/4 cup fudge topping and 1/4 cup caramel topping. Cover and freeze at least 12 hours until firm. Serve with peanuts and additional chocolate fudge topping if desired. Yield: 12 servings. Email this Recipe:
