Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the chocolate. Beat the cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sugar and brown sugar together until creamy.
Stir in the melted chocolate. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Add the flour mixture to the chocolate, alternating with the milk, blending thoroughly after each addition. Spoon into a well greased Bundt pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Serve inverted, dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with grapes.
