Instructions: Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, soda & salt; set aside. Cream together butter & sugars until very light & fluffy; beat in egg & vanilla. Blend in flour mix slowly. Stir in candies & nuts. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-11 minutes until browned. Cool 1 minute on sheet; place on wire rack.
