Instructions: Put the yeast, sugar and water in the bottom of your mixer bowl. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients together. Add the oil and eggs to the yeast mixture and then add the dry ingredients. Knead with dough hook. Divide dough in half; place each half in greased 8 x 4 pan (or try a 9 x 5) and let rise in warm place for 45 minutes. Bake in a 380 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes - mine was done at 30 minutes (I have an electric oven but dont know if makes any difference).
