Ingredients:

2 tbl oil
1 x garlic clove, finely chopped
5 x dried long chilies, chopped
4 oz chicken breast, finely sliced
1 tbl fish sauce
2 tbl roasted peanuts
1 x thin French beans, cuts in 1" pieces
3 tbl stock or broth
1 tbl light soy sauce
1 tbl dark soy sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In a work or frying pan heat the oil until a light haze appears. Fry the garlic until golden brown. Add the chilies and stir. Add the chicken meat, stir and cook until the meat is slightly opaque. Stirring after each addition, and the remaining ingredients, one by one. Cook for a minute or two, making sure the meat is cooked through, and serve.
