1 tsp black peppercorns
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 x cm stick cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom seeds (removed from their stalks)
1 tsp cloves
Instructions:
Instructions: Grind all the spices in a small electric grinder (a coffee mill is perfect) and store in an airtight jar

Guide but you can vary the quantity of any spice according to taste.
