Instructions: In a small bowl, pour enough boiling water over dried tomatoes to cover. Let stand 5 minutes; drain tomatoes thoroughly. Rinse and dry bowl. In same bowl combine drained tomatoes, cream cheese, and shredded carrot. Stir until thoroughly combined.
