Instructions: Brown meat in margarine, add green peppers and water. Mix lightly. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir in mushrooms and tomato wedges; simmer 10 minutes.
Heat cream cheese and milk over low heat: stir until smooth. Stir in onions, sherry and onion powder: heat thoroughly. Spoon meat mixture over noodles, top with cream cheese sauce. Garnish with additional onion slices, if desired. Email this Recipe:
