Instructions: Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Whisk together eggs, sugar and oil; stir in carrots, zucchini and raisins. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into greased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes; turn out onto rack and let cool.
