Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into 9- by 5-inch loaf in baking pan.
Bake 1 hour or until thermometer registers 170 degrees and center is no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. This recipe yields 8 servings. Variation: Substitute 1/2 cup finely-chopped green or red bell pepper for spinach. Email this Recipe:
