Ingredients:

1 lb Fresh broccoli, cut into spears
2 tbl Olive or vegetable oil
1 tbl Lemon juice
1 x Clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water; cover and cook until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Drain broccoli and place in a serving dish; add lemon mixture and toss to coat.

Serve immediately.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

1998. Lynns notes: Made this for Easter 1998; I steamed the broccoli instead of boiling. An excellent recipe that was quick to make.
