12 oz mostaccioli
20 x cloves garlic, minced
1 lrg yellow onion, minced
4 tbl butter
freshly ground black pepper
1/2 lb colby cheese, grated
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions:
Instructions: Prepare mostaccioli according to package directions, using a little olive oil in the water. Drain. Keep warm in a shallow ovenproof baking dish.

Sauteegarlic and onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add pepper and set aside. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in top of double boiler, add grated Colby cheese and stir in wine. When cheese had melted, combine with garlic-onion mixture and pour over mostaccioli. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella and parsely over; place on middle shelf of oven and broil for 1 to 2 minutes.

Makes 10
servings.
