Instructions: Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and sprinkle them lightly and evenly with the flour.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil with butter over medium heat. As soon as the butter foams, add the chicken pieces and the garlic. Saute, stirring frequently, for 7 to 10 minutes, until the chicken pieces are cooked through and light golden brown. Present this dish with a spoon so guests can serve themselves some of the garlicky sauce, and with bread to sop it up. This recipe serves 6.
