Instructions: Place chicken in lg shallow dish. In sm bowl, mix oil, garlic, and pepper; pour over chicken. Cover, marinate, refrigerated, 30 mins; drain excess marinade and discard. Preheat oven 475 F. In another shallow dish, mix crumbs with cayenne; dip both sides of the chicken strips in the mixture.
