Instructions: In a large bowl marinate chicken with the 2 Tbs cornstarch, and 2 Tbs soy sauce, put in frig for 30 minutes or longer.
In a large non-stick pan cook chicken, onion, sausage, covered until chicken is almost done. Add chicken broth, 1/4 cup soy sauce, and garlic,mix well and cook till chicken is done. The broth should thicken a little.
Serving Ideas : Serve with rice.
This recipe can be made without the chinese sausage, and its still very good.
