Instructions: In a medium boiwl, combine cornstarch, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, and Garlic. Set aside.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
