4 cup water
2 x garlic cloves pressed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 cup uncooked quick-cooking grits
16 oz pasteurized prepared cheese product cubed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 lrg eggs
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven; gradually stir in grits. Return to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until thickened. ADD cheese product and butter, stirring until melted.

Whisk together eggs and milk; stir into grits mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.

This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
