Amount Ingredient
1 cup Ricotta or farmers cheese
8 oz Cream cheese - (1 pkg) softened and cut up
2 x Garlic cloves minced
3 tbl Chopped fresh herbs (such as sage, thyme, marjoram, oregano, savory, or rosemary)
2 tbl Fresh chopped basil, dill, or tarragon
1 tbl Fresh chopped chervil or chives
1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Bottled hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: In blender container or food processor bowl, place all ingredients. Cover and process till smooth. Turn mixture into a crock lined with leaves of the fresh herbs used. Garnish top of spread with another herb sprig. Chill till needed. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetable sticks, or on open-faced sandwiches.

This recipe yields about 2 cups of spread.
