Instructions: In blender container or food processor bowl, place all ingredients. Cover and process till smooth. Turn mixture into a crock lined with leaves of the fresh herbs used. Garnish top of spread with another herb sprig. Chill till needed. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetable sticks, or on open-faced sandwiches.
