1 cup Cucumber, pared, seeded chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise (light- low fat)
1 x Garlic clove, minced
2 tbl Parsley, minced
1 tbl Chives or scallions, minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Stir together cucumber, mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, chives and pepper.

Fod in yogurt. Chill.

Makes approximately 2 3/4 cups.
