Instructions: Bring water to a boil for cooking the pasta. Add pasta and stir occasionally.
Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute over medium-low heat until richly colored but not burned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the parley, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for another 30 seconds. Take the pan off the heat. Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic sauce. Email this Recipe:
