Instructions: Heat the oil in a large saucepan and add garlic and onion. Saute for 5 minutes and add curry powder, rice and water. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 40 minutes or until rice is tender. Add the peas and pepper and cook 5 minutes more.
