2 jar apple jelly - (16 oz)
2 tbl dried parsley flakes
1 tbl pressed garlic
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Melt apple jelly in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring often. Stir in parsley and next 3 ingredients. Pour into jars or freezer containers. Cool. Cover and freeze up to 6 months. (Jelly will not freeze solid.)

Serve over cream cheese or Brie, or use as a basting sauce for chicken or pork.

This recipe yields 3 cups.
