3 med red onions
3 x potatoes, cubed
5 x heads of garlic
2 tsp thyme
6 cup chicken stock
Simmer for 30 minutes
----------------- Stir in: ----------------
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
Instructions:
Instructions: Do not take a leek in the potatoes. Thats all I have to say about that one.
