Instructions: Into a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add remaining ingredients; stir until moistened. Turn dough onto well-floured surface and knead until smooth and not sticky, about 5 minutes. Shape dough into a loaf and place in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. With knife, make 6 diagonal slashes; 1/4" inch deep, across top of bread. Bake in a 375 F. oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and cool 30 minutes on wire rack. Serve warm.
