1 cup	Dry red wine
3/4 cup	Red wine vinegar
1/4 cup	Sesame oil
1/2 cup	Olive oil
6 x	Cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbl	Fresh ginger, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, whisk to emulsify.

NOTES : Best used for meat, marinate flank steak overnight and then grill on the BBQ.
