Instructions: Cook the pasta in boiling water with garlic juice, a pinch of saltEand 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile heat the other 4 tablespoons of oil in a small saucepan. Add the garlic and fry gentlyEfor 3 to 4 minutes, until golden, taking care not to burn the garlic. Remove the garlic. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the flavored oil and toss well together. Season generously and add a little hot water or more oil if the pasta seems dry. Serve immediately.
