Instructions: Cook garlic in oil over low heat in small skillet for 5 minutes. Add onions and cook until crisp tender. Stir in salt and pepper. Remove from heat and cool thoroughly. Trim all excess fat from steak. To cut pocket in steak, make a horizontal cut through the center of the steak, about 1 inch from each side. Cut to but not through. to opposite side. Spoon cooled stuffing into pocket, spreading evenly. Secure opening with wood picks. put on grill to desired doneness.
