Ingredients:

1/4 cup Cornmeal
3/4 cup Flour
1 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Baking powder
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Dried thyme
2 lrg Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Heat greased cast iron cornstick pans 3 minutes at 425F.

Combine dry ingredients.

Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, stirring just until mixed.

Spoon batter into pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
