3 cup Eagle Mills San Francisco Sourdough mix
1/4 cup water
5 x garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese with herbs see * Note
Instructions:
Instructions: * Note: If using plain Parmesan, add 3 teaspoons dried Italian herbs.

Add Eagle Mills bread mix and water to bread machine as instructed on package. Add remaining ingredients on the top. Start bread machine on dough cycle.

At end of cycle, remove to floured board. Shape into circle with floured hands. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees 25 to 35 minutes.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Comments: Perfect with any Italian dish. Try it with Chicken Parmesan.
