3 tbl	Dijon mustard
3 tbl	Olive oil
5 tsp	Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
1 tbl	Crushed fresh rosemary

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients. Spray oven proof skillet with cooking spray.

Cook pork over medium high heat until evenly browned. Brush with mustard mixture. Place in a 450 degree oven and roast 10 minutes or until desired doneness. Garnish with fresh rosemary.

Yield: 4 servings.
