Instructions: Stir together first 9 ingredients, and reserve 1/2 cup. Pour remaining mixture into a large, heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag and add chicken. Seal and chill 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Prepare fire by piling charcoal or lava rocks on 1 side of grill, leaving other side empty. Place rack on grill. Arrange chicken over side with charcoal, and grill, covered with grill lid, 5 minutes on each side. Place chicken over empty side. Grill, covered with grill lid, 45 minutes, turning three times and basting often with reserved wine mixture. Yield: 4 servings. Email this Recipe:
