Instructions: Mix first 6 ingredients until lightl & fluffy. Blend dry ingredients & mix into butter mixture. Chill. Heat oven to 350. Using 1/4 of dough at a time, roll 1/8" thick on lightly floured board. Cut 1" rounds. Place half on lightly greased sheet. Put 1/4 tsp. marmalade in center of each. Cover with remaining rounds; seal. Bake 8-10 minutes. When cool, frost.
