Instructions: Melt together in double boiler butterscotch morsels, instant coffee and water.
Cream butter and sugar. Blend into butterscotch mixture. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternately with buttermilk. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat at medium speed. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing. Email this Recipe:
