1/2 x Lemon Juice
1 x Lime Juice
2 tbl Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Tarragon
1 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Minced
3 tbl Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Cayenne To Taste

Instructions: Combine all ingredients - puree some or all chill till very cold
