Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup papaya or mango chunks
1 cup peach chunks - (3 medium)
1 cup plum chunks - (3 medium)
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cup tomato juice
1 tbl honey
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp minced gingerroot
2 tbl lemon or lime juice
6 x cilantro sprigs minced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade or blender and process or puree until fairly smooth but still allowing some chunks to remain.

This recipe yields about 2 quarts for 8 one-cup servings.

Comments: Ive recently started a diet and find that keeping a pitcher of this filling, relatively low-calorie gazpacho in my refrigerator helps me curb my appetite. It also opens up space in my refrigerator so I can keep on buying more fruit.
